Controller

This is a remote position.

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to lead a critical legal entity rationalization initiative. This is a full-time, 6+ month consulting engagement that is fully remote.

Requirements

• Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
  
• Strong background in intercompany accounting, consolidations, and month-end close
  
• Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and complex journal entries
  
• Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-related initiatives (no tax preparation required)
  
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Sage Intacct experience
  
• Experience supporting transfer pricing initiatives and coordinating with external tax advisors
  
• CPA preferred
  
• Experience standardizing accounting processes across multiple legal entities
