Job Responsibilities 

Escalate to client in case of dependencies from transporters.

Call drivers/transporters for consent approvals.Coordinate for GPS Installation

Attain EPOD at time and get them uploaded on the dashboard.

Effective communication in exceptional incidents.

Update data on Excel and Work on Control tower dashboard

Ensure proper tracking and verification. Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limit 

Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output

Work on Microsoft Excel

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or control tower support

• B-Tech/MBA Graduate

• Advanced excel skills.

• Willingness to support control tower and tracking operations

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
