As part of our team, you’ll experience unmatched career development, collaboration, and the chance to be part of something extraordinary.   We are currently seeking a Federal Contract Specialist IV in the Lakewood/Denver area. Particularly interested in FAC-C, DAWIA, GS-1102   Contract Specialist - Essential Functions Overview: The Contract Specialist is responsible for overseeing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and managing contract administration. Core Responsibilities (Applicable to all levels): Prepare solicitation documents and manage the procurement process. Receive, record, and review offers and modifications. Conduct cost/price analysis, participate in negotiations, and document fair and reasonable pricing. Maintain official contract files, ensuring compliance with federal and GSA procurement regulations. Process contractor invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and perform closeout actions. Manage the placement and administration of both simplified acquisitions and formal contracts. Handle high-dollar transactions and maintain records in accordance with regulatory standards.   Essential Qualifications Contract Specialist – Level IV Minimum of 8 years of federal contracting experience, with construction project experience highly desirable. Preference given to candidates with FAC-C, DAWIA, or GS-1102 certifications. Bachelor’s degree or procurement certifications required.   Conditions of Employment U.S. Citizenship required Must participate in a federal background investigation A bachelor’s degree and (minimum) 8 or more years in communications   Why Choose MIRACORP?
