Contract Manager

Join Our Team as a Contract Manager at Axiom!

We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work for some of the world's leading companies across multiple industries. 

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, procurement, technology, and professional services agreements.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and business stakeholders to identify contract risks, resolve issues, and support timely deal execution.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and approval workflows; improve contracting processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Track contract obligations, renewals, amendments, and key terms while supporting compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full contract lifecycle management experience, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering complex commercial agreements
• Experience using and maintaining contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and contract databases to manage workflows, approvals, executed agreements, renewals, and reporting
• Strong understanding of contract terms, risk allocation, compliance requirements, and contracting processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
