Nexus is seeking talented content writers with talent and culture experience to work on a range of client projects. These are contract roles to work on selected client engagements. We may also be looking for talented writers for longer-term contracts, and possibly full time roles.
Working alongside our internal creative and account teams, you’ll help our clients bring large-scale employee-facing programs to life, with messaging tailored for executives, people leaders, and individual contributors.
Employee Value Proposition and other strategy writing follows a three-step approach at Nexus - Articulate, Express, and Refine:
Develop digital talent attraction concepts for paid social, native, programmatic, and other targeted recruitment advertising - informed by the EVP and aimed at key job families. You’ll build creative platforms, ad copy, and post copy, including A/B and multivariate testing.
Write career-page content that brings the EVP to life with fidelity, creativity, and continuity — helping candidates understand and engage with our clients’ opportunities.
Across all three areas, strong digital writing chops and SEO fluency are essential.
This is a fully remote contract role with Nexus - and for the right fit, it can be the start of an ongoing relationship, not a one-off. If you're a strategic writer who wants to do meaningful work with purpose, for great clients alongside a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
It should come as no surprise that these are work-from-home opportunities. Familiarity with MS-Teams and comfort working remotely through video and screensharing is a must!
