iPostal1 seeks a Content Manager to facilitate the production, quality control, and execution of written assets for iPostal1 marketing efforts. This position balances hands-on creation of key assets with the day-to-day coordination of our content pipeline. This individual operates in close partnership with the SEO/AEO team and top management to bring planned content to fruition. The Content Manager will write various types of content pieces for the public website while managing an external network of freelance creators and editing their submissions to match strict standards.
Content Pipeline Management: Supervise and coordinate assignments for the freelance writer network and external video developers; set operational timelines, track project milestones, and organize invoice processing.
Editorial & Quality Control: Review and edit external submissions with precision; provide substantive editorial feedback to enforce brand voice, absolute factual accuracy, and high grammatical standards before final approval.
Hands-On Writing: Draft varied content pieces including articles, press releases, and marketing and ad copy. Support the brand's voice while working across multiple distinct formats.
SEO & Team Collaboration: Partner directly with the SEO/AEO team to execute strategic keyword objectives and align incoming submissions with targeted search and intent strategies.
Workflow & Infrastructure: Maintain the cross-functional content calendar and uphold editorial style guidelines to support efficient, repeatable production workflows.
Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of professional writing experience in marketing, PR, journalism, content strategy, or a closely related discipline; management experience.
Required Execution: Proven portfolio of publication-quality writing with examples of web content. Required Competencies: Line-editing, proofreading, and quality assurance abilities; sharp project coordination skills.
Preferred: BA in English, Communications, or Journalism; working familiarity with SEO best practices; experience offering explicit editorial direction to freelance pools or asset developers; exposure to B2B or SaaS digital landscapes.
