Produce 10–15 original short-form content concepts daily, including hooks, scripts, and raw captures. Transform technical engineering material into engaging content for property managers using AI tools and platform-specific instincts.
You are the face and the voice. You take a brief and turn it into raw content that people actually stop for. You bring your own instincts about what works, because you've already proven them on your own account. What you'll do
Produce 10–15 original concepts per day from the manager's briefs — hook, script, and raw capture
Write hooks that survive the first 1.5 seconds. This is the single most important skill in this role
Appear on camera and/or deliver voiceover, depending on format
Use AI tooling (generation, voice, avatars, B-roll) to produce content that doesn't look AI-produced
Self-serve from the editor's template library to produce variants at volume
Bring format ideas the manager hasn't thought of — you're closer to the platforms than anyone else on the team
Turn dry engineering material into content a property manager will actually watch
Required qualifications (non-negotiable)
You run your own channel(s). Share handles. We want an account you grew, not one you appeared in. Bar: zero to 50K+ followers you built yourself, or individual videos with 1M+ views you can prove are yours
3+ years creating short-form content, with demonstrated organic growth
You can explain, with specifics, why one of your videos did 2M views and the next did 4K
Native-level English on camera and in writing. Hooks are for a US audience — awkward phrasing kills the hook
Comfortable on camera, or a strong enough voiceover performer to carry faceless content
Reliable internet, decent capture setup, backup power plan
High-volume tolerance. This is a daily production role, not a passion project
Nice to have
Construction, home services, real estate, or trades content experience
Faceless/voiceover channel experience
Basic self-editing so simple cuts don't queue behind the editor
Not a fit if
Your portfolio is client work with no channel of your own
You need a full creative brief and won't push back on a weak one
