Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Consumer Protection Attorney to assist with litigation matters on an hourly basis in its Chicago office. Ideal candidates will have experience handling cases under statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), class actions, state consumer fraud statutes, and related consumer protection laws.This position offers flexible hours and may be performed remotely. Attorneys will work closely with our litigation team on all phases of case development and defense.

For this role, we are seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The pay range for this role is: $63.56-85.34 per hour. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
