The consultant will lead the end-to-end speaker journey, including identification, invitation, and briefing processes for global events. They will also collaborate with internal teams to curate engaging session formats and promote speaker knowledge across various media platforms.

The Global Landscapes Forum (GLF)’s  Speakers Engagement Coordinator will support the GLF Partnership & Engagement Coordinator in identifying and reaching out to strategic partners, donors, sponsors, and governments, as well as inspiring community leaders, activists, artists, and other individuals who could potentially become GLF speakers. This role will also contribute to the events’ overall narratives, as plenary speakers heavily influence the conference’s tone and outcomes. Reflecting on GLF’s core themes, the successful candidate will help define the most relevant topics for discussion and thus identify the best-suited speakers to address them, ensuring diverse representation across gender, region, and knowledge systems. Additionally, this role will identify strategic opportunities to promote the knowledge held by speakers through different media and mediums, thereby achieving content longevity.  The selected candidate will also support strengthening the speaking skills of the local and community actors whom GLF works with (GLFx Chapters, Youth, and Restoration Stewards).
