To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have...

Minimum requirements: |(Qualifications/Experience/ Knowledge/Expertise/Skills)

Education:

•          Avoir une formation de base et être titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire de niveau minimal bac + 5 dans le domaine de la nutrition, de la santé publique ou tout autre domaine reconnu équivalent.

Expérience professionnelle:

•          Posséder des expériences significatives en conduite d’enquêtes nutritionnelles (conception et méthodologies, recrutement de personnel et formation, calcul des tailles d’échantillons et échantillonnage, supervision sur le terrain et analyse de données / rédaction de rapports).

•          Justifier d'au moins 10 ans d’expérience en Nutrition Publique, en particulier en enquêtes utilisant la méthodologie d’enquête SMART au niveau national et au niveau international

•          Posséder des expériences préalables de réalisation d’enquêtes utilisant la méthodologie d’enquête SMART et l’application Open Data Kit Collect et la technologie de collecte de données mobile

•          Avoir des expériences prouvées de la maîtrise de l’analyse d’enquêtes nutritionnelles avec des indicateurs multiples, au-delà des indicateurs anthropométriques de base (SMART).

Exigences linguistiques

•          Parler couramment le français et posséder d’excellentes compétences en expression écrite et orale (présentations.

Connaissances / expertise / compétences:

•          Une expertise dans les domaines des statistiques et de l’épidémiologie serait un atout

•          Justifier d'une bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique et des logiciels de traitement de texte (Word, Powerpoint, Publisher) et courriel ainsi que de logiciels de saisie de données (Epi-Info, Epi-Data,) et d'analyse de données (ENA, Epi-INFO, SPSS, SAS)

•          Avoir une aptitude à travailler en équipe et être flexible et une expérience dans la gestion des équipes de terraintrong knowledge of Social Policy, Social Protection, Child Grant, Case Management, and ProSAS.

Atouts souhaitables:

•          Connaissance des langues parlées au Bénin serait également un atout

•          Avoir d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et de capacités de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel
