Consultant - Bid Management

We are seeking a Bid Management Consultant to manage and execute the full bid lifecycle for application development, enterprise platforms, and system integration opportunities. This hands-on role involves developing technical proposals, including solution design, delivery approach, governance models, and operational frameworks, as well as preparing BOQs, effort estimates, and solution visuals. The role requires close coordination with architects, delivery, finance, and partners, supporting medium to large public sector RFPs across software development, enterprise applications, cloud, integration, Data & AI, and managed services.
