You will manage CI/CD processes, maintain system environments, and support the deployment and integration of mission-critical enterprise applications. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and act as a technical liaison with vendors and project teams.
As a member of the ICT team, you will support the deployment, integration, configuration, and operation of mission-critical enterprise applications and environments. You will play a key role in managing CI/CD processes, maintaining system environments, supporting testing activities, and ensuring the reliability and performance of ICT services. Working in an international and multicultural environment, you will collaborate closely with project teams, ICT staff, vendors, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Support ICT teams in application build, integration, and deployment activities for backend systems and client devices (mobile and PC).
- Support ICT teams in system environment management and configuration.
- Assist project teams during system testing activities.
- Monitor and analyze the daily functioning of applications and environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health.
- Report, coordinate, and follow up on technical issues related to system environments.
- Act as liaison with vendors and contractors regarding technical issues.
- Support ICT staff and project teams in deploying and maintaining development environments in Azure.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate application deployments and environment configuration updates.
Technical skills:
- Excellent knowledge of software deployment management.
- Good knowledge of software release management.
- Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of application servers.
- Experience with build and deployment tools (e.g., Ant, Azure Pipelines).
- Knowledge of software development tools.
- Knowledge of RDBMS.
- Strong experience with CI/CD management of complex enterprise systems.
- Strong experience administering and troubleshooting ASP.NET applications hosted on Microsoft IIS.
- Deep understanding of IIS configuration, application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Active Directory integration, Group Policies, service accounts, and Windows security concepts.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ASP.NET applications.
- Mandatory knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Git-based workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multilingual environments.
Profile:
- ICT-related University Degree (mandatory), minimum Education Level 6.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project experience in a similar position.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are considered an asset.
