Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accommodations, cruises, transportation, flights, excursions, and activity arrangements
  • Review travel options, pricing, and package availability using approved booking systems
  • Prepare and maintain organized itinerary records, confirmations, and reservation details
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online messaging channels
  • Support clients with itinerary changes, booking adjustments, and follow-up assistance
  • Monitor supplier promotions, destination updates, and current travel opportunities
  • Participate in remote onboarding, training programs, and team development sessions

Qualifications
