The organization has also been recognized as both a top workplace in the Washington, DC metro area (by the Washington Post) and as a top nonprofit to work for in the United States (by NonProfit Times).        Position Summary The Compliance Specialist reports to the Director of Nonprofit Compliance to maintain the integrity of the Good360 member network. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for due diligence in vetting of members planning to engage in enhanced programs; members accountability of recordkeeping, audits and program requirements; and collaboratively working with internal teams. The Compliance Specialist will have the ability to work independently, be organized and demonstrate attention to detail.   Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following Work with nonprofit development to vet and approve organizations as truckload approved Support and manage quarterly compliance acknowledgement process  Maintain and update account records across all platforms  Lead ongoing live compliance webinars   Respond to compliance questions from members and colleagues  Serve as the primary to maintain compliance standard operating procedures Process and update accounts with revoked status Manage compliance inbox and cases responding to issues and assigning to team members as necessary Perform other related duties as assigned  QualificationsQualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service. Background in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance preferred. Highly organized and attentive to details. Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.  Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Two years experience with a CRM software; Salesforce and/or NetSuite a plus.    Benefits Our team is Good360’s greatest asset.
