Position Summary: 

·  Support and strengthen the compliance program by developing and implementing policies, aligning governance processes, and promoting best practices across teams and acquired practices.

·  Manage compliance issues and investigations by overseeing issue intake, triaging concerns, conducting audits and investigations, and evaluating outcomes to ensure appropriate resolution.

·  Lead remediation efforts by creating and executing corrective action plans for compliance findings identified through audits, reviews, or investigations.

·  Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, company policies, federal and state healthcare regulations, and proper reporting of documentation, coding, and billing violations.

·  Provide compliance expertise and risk management support by advising stakeholders, monitoring vendor security controls, maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, and leveraging risk analysis frameworks to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

·  Bachelor’s degree, or 3–5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry preferred

·  Proven experience managing and maintaining an organization’s compliance program.

·  Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, policies, and industry best practices.

·  Professional compliance certification is preferred; additional certifications, licenses, or credentials are a plus.

·  Advanced education or specialized experience beyond the minimum requirements, including expertise in specific fields, technologies, or compliance-related areas, is preferred.

COMPENSATION: 

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.
