Compliance Lead

Optio Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Lead to support our Collections and Compliance Departments. This role is responsible for auditing collection calls, ensuring compliance with regulations, client requirements, and company quality standards, documenting findings, preparing reports, and leading and supporting QA Representatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting with compliance training, special projects, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit incoming and outgoing collection calls.
• Document audit findings and communicate quality assurance concerns to management.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports.
• Lead and support QA Representatives by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing training.
• Stay current on regulations, client requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Assist with compliance reporting, complaint investigations, client issues, and special projects.
• Coordinate collector onboarding and compliance training, track required training and testing. 
• Update compliance tools, processes, and training materials to support ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and accurately document findings.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and management.
