This role is essential to architect our community as we scale, ensuring it remains the authentic, engaged force that makes Venice special. As the accountable owner for how Venice shows up in the world, you'll create the culture, rituals, and engagement that turn passive users into advocates and token holders into active participants. This isn't just another position, it's the critical bridge between our users and the future of our product.

Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing and working closely with product, growth, and leadership teams, you'll solve complex challenges like scaling our community while preserving our anti-censorship culture and balancing the needs of users and token holders. This is your chance to build community at the intersection of AI and crypto during a pivotal moment, with direct influence on our product roadmap as the authoritative voice of our users inside Venice. You're not just managing channels; you're building the living ecosystem that will define Venice's next chapter and establish us as thought leaders in private AI.

What you’ll do: 

• Community Channels. Own Venice’s presence across Discord, X, and Reddit (and wherever the community moves next). This isn’t moderation; it’s community architecture: channel structure, culture, rituals, moderation policy, and the day-to-day presence that makes the community feel alive and attended to.
• Voice and Culture. Set and embody Venice’s community voice. Define how Venice shows up in community spaces: the tone, the values, the personality. Train and align any community moderators or ambassadors against that standard.
• Events and Programming. Run the community event calendar: AMAs, launch watch parties, holder Q&A sessions, community contests, and office hours. Own the format, the cadence, and the execution.
• User and Holder Feedback Loop. Build the system that captures what users and holders are saying, synthesizes it, and routes it to product, growth, and leadership. You are the authoritative voice of the user inside Venice. Close the loop back to the community so they know they’re heard.
  

Who you are: 

• You have built a community from scratch or scaled one significantly, not just moderated an existing one. You’ve owned community strategy, not just executed someone else’s.
• Deeply fluent in Discord, X, and Reddit culture. You know how communities form, how they fracture, and how to keep them healthy at scale.
• Crypto-fluent. Venice’s community includes token holders; you understand that dynamic and speak the language.
• High social energy and visible presence. This is an always-on role: responsive and engaged across channels daily.
• Strong writing voice. You can be the voice of Venice in community spaces without sounding like a corporate account.
