A bit about the job

The commercial manager oversees the operational commercial needs of the BU, ensuring product development initiatives are aligned with commercial requirements and customer expectations.

They work closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to translate product value into revenue while supporting market growth and customer satisfaction.

Typical tasks you’ll be working on

• Ensure the BUs commercial success through structured business development, market and competitive intelligence, customer engagement and sales support
• Ensure commercial requirements are met for the BU product portfolio
• Act as a link between subsidiaries, representatives, and central commercial processes

What qualifications and qualities do you need to succeed?

• Minimum Bachelor degree with 5+ years of relevant
• Structured, decisive, collaborative, adaptable, and highly engaged.
• Excellent language skills in English and Norwegian, strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
