iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building our first-ever outbound sales team, and we need a player-captain to help lead it. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone who has already proven themselves in high-volume phone sales and is ready to take the next step, without giving up the work they're great at.

You will run your own outbound calls and hit your own numbers, just like everyone else on the team. But you will also be the person new teammates look to when they have a question, the one who notices when something is off before it becomes a problem, and the one setting the tone simply by how you show up every day.

What you will be doing:
-Making outbound calls to business decision-makers every day
-Booking qualified meetings for our inside sales team
-Helping onboard and support new SDRs as the team grows
-Keeping your manager in the loop on what's working and what's not

What we are looking for:
-Real experience in a high-activity, phone-based sales role (B2B preferred)
-Someone who is organized, resilient, and genuinely good with people
-A natural communicator who is comfortable engaging decision-makers
-Background in property management, leasing, telesales, or similar phone-heavy roles also welcome

$21.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience. Annual performance reviews with merit-based raises. Fully remote, working Pacific business hours.
