We are looking for a Cloud & Systems Administrator to work on a dedicated basis with one of our outsourcing
partner's enterprise clients. The role involves managing and maintaining the Client's server infrastructure, directory
services, and hybrid/cloud environments, ensuring the stability, security, and availability of enterprise systems
Required Skills
Technical Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and ADFS.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Experience with SQL Server administration and backup/recovery.
• Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Services.
• Experience with WSUS and patch management.
• Good Linux administration skills (Ubuntu and Red Hat).
• Experience with virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with Dell servers and storage infrastructure.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, operating systems, and enterprise services.
Soft Skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Strong documentation and communication skills (Arabic and English).
• Ability to prioritize multiple incidents.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote support model.
• Ability to balance Client requirements with the outsourcing company's internal processes
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in systems administration.
• Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365) are preferred.
• Red Hat or Linux certification is a plus.
Additional Notes – Outsourcing Model
• Availability to work on a shift basis may be required depending on the Client's operational needs.
• Signing a Client-specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required in addition to the contract with the
outsourcing company.
• Performance is evaluated jointly and periodically by both the outsourcing company and the Client
