Role Overview

MojoTech is seeking a Cloud / DevOps Engineer Consultant to support a cloud consolidation and standardization effort. The consultant will work directly with infrastructure and application teams to migrate AWS environments, modernize platform capabilities, and implement operational best practices across the enterprise. The focus will be AWS migrations, Kubernetes operations, infrastructure automation, and helping bring existing cloud environments into alignment with established platform standards.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts

and environments, with a strong emphasis on Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (i.e.

automation-first operational practices).

• Support migration of AWS accounts, workloads, and cloud resources into standardized

platform environments

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot EKS clusters, Kubernetes components, and core

platform add-ons

• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab

• Manage AWS IAM roles, policies, trust relationships, and cross-account access patterns

• Partner with application and infrastructure teams to improve automation, operational

efficiency, and platform reliability
 

Must-Have:
 

• Strong hands-on experience administering AWS environments with an emphasis on

automating everything via Terraform

• Practical experience troubleshooting AWS services in production environments,

including EC2, EKS, networking, IAM, VPCs, and load balancers

• Solid Kubernetes operational experience, including deployment troubleshooting, cluster

administration and understanding of core Kubernetes objects

• Strong understanding of AWS IAM roles, policies, permission boundaries and role

assumption patterns

• Strong troubleshooting skills
 

Nice-to-Have:

• AWS or Kubernetes certifications

• Expertise in designing and building Gitlab CI/CD pipeline automations

We hire employees in Argentina through Deel, our Employer of Record (EOR) partner. This is a full-time employee position, not a contractor role.
