Clinical Supervisor

Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Adult and Children and Young Person's Clinicial Supervisor to join the team at Beacon Counselling in Stockport, SK1 3DL.

This role involves providing flexible support for both remote and face-to-face clinicial supervision sessions.

Salary: £14,578.20 per annum

Hours: 15 weekly

Responsibilities

You will provide high-quality clinical supervision to Beacon Counselling working in accordance with and promoting our values in all aspects of your work. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the Divisional Management Team to ensure good standards of practice across all services
• Responding to clinical queries and advise on service development
• Providing supervision to counsellors, volunteer and placement counsellors at Beacon
• Managing your own case records
• Acting as a resource for counsellors and front-line workers by dealing with day-to-day queries relating to practice and other clinical matters

Qualifications

You must be a member of BACP or other recognised body, committing to continuing professional development. A Level 4 qualification in counselling and counselling supervision is required for this role.

You must have at least 2 years post-qualification practice as a counselling supervisor and have demonstrable experience o dealing with a wide range of safeguarding issues.
