About the Role:
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing expert psychological services to enhance the mental well-being of clients. In addition to conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, you will take on a leadership role by supervising psychologists and guiding their professional development. This role also includes leading impactful webinars, workshops, corporate trainings, and community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.
Facilitate educational programs and workshops on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.
Offer consultations to refine therapeutic processes and improve intervention efficacy.
Supervise and mentor psychologists, supporting their therapeutic practices and professional growth.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic, integrated mental health care.
Requirements
This role is a great fit for you if :
You hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil. is a must) and are licensed to practice independently.
You have extensive clinical experience, particularly in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges.
