About the Role
We are expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, people-oriented individuals who enjoy providing helpful service and keeping important details organized. As a Client Support Specialist, you will work directly with travelers to answer questions, research vacation possibilities, and provide assistance as their plans come together.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who communicate well, learn quickly, and are comfortable managing responsibilities independently. Travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing team support are provided to help you develop the knowledge needed for the role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and gather information about their vacation needs, interests, preferred dates, and spending range
Research travel possibilities including accommodations, resort stays, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and destination experiences
Present suitable options and explain available choices so clients can make informed travel decisions
Assist with arranging accommodations, transportation, activities, and other requested travel services
Enter and maintain reservation information using approved company and supplier platforms
Provide clients with confirmations, itinerary information, schedules, and relevant travel documentation
Follow up with travelers regarding incomplete information, upcoming deadlines, and important trip preparations
Assist with routine reservation revisions, schedule adjustments, cancellations, and special requests
Review booking information for accuracy and address discrepancies when identified
Keep clear records of client conversations, preferences, requests, and reservation activity
Use available supplier resources to stay informed about travel products and current offerings
Complete ongoing virtual training and destination education to strengthen your industry knowledge
