We're looking for a strategic Client Success Manager who can build strong, long-term client relationships while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions. This role goes beyond responding to client needs; you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients scale effectively through BruntWork's outsourced staffing solutions.
Job Highlights
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, this role requires flexibility to work one of the following shifts, based on business needs (all Manila Time):
- 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
- You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently

What you'll do:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients using BruntWork's outsourced staffing services
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and growth plans
- Proactively anticipate issues, address concerns, and recommend strategic solutions before they escalate
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through structured engagement and problem-solving
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure client staffing needs are clearly defined and met
- Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure the ongoing performance, engagement, and satisfaction of outsourced staff
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
