Purpose:
The purpose of the Client Services department is to serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of residential and commercial valuation assignments. This includes interpreting client needs, developing appropriate descriptions of work, and managing assignments through completion while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate for Position:
· Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires managing multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
· Able to analyze information, ask the right questions, and make sound decisions in situations where direction may not always be clearly defined.
· Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability for assigned work.
· Prior experience in appraisal, real estate, or lending is preferred.
