Key Duties
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and related services
- Gather and organize information needed to support travel planning and reservation requests
- Research available travel products, destinations, and supplier offerings using approved company tools
- Review booking information and confirmations to help maintain accuracy and completeness
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Coordinate schedule adjustments, reservation updates, and special requests as needed
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, travel plans, and documentation
