Position Summary

We are looking for motivated, organized individuals who enjoy helping people make informed decisions about their time away. As a Client Leisure Consultant, you will work with clients to identify their vacation preferences, explore suitable experiences, and coordinate the services that fit their plans.

You may assist with all-inclusive stays, cruises, resort vacations, family trips, couples getaways, group experiences, tours, special occasions, and destinations throughout the world.

Primary Responsibilities

• Learn about client interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and spending ranges
• Identify vacation experiences that align with individual requests
• Research accommodations, cruise options, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities
• Compare available choices and highlight relevant differences
• Develop personalized vacation suggestions for clients to review
• Explain general booking requirements, amenities, and included services
• Coordinate client selections through approved reservation resources
• Confirm that names, dates, and other important traveler details are correct
• Organize reservation confirmations and essential trip information
• Keep track of deposits, final balances, and other required deadlines
• Contact clients regarding pending decisions or missing information
• Provide updates as arrangements are confirmed
• Assist with common reservation questions and adjustment requests
• Maintain complete records of client activity and arrangements
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and leisure experiences

• Able to evaluate multiple options and organize information clearly
• Capable of managing several client needs at once

• Comfortable with email, online communication, and basic computer applications
• Willing to learn digital reservation and supplier systems
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia or another qualifying region
