Key Responsibilities
- Organize, sort, and maintain digital files and records
- Upload, label, and categorize documents in file management systems
- Retrieve files and documents upon request from team members
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
- Perform data entry related to file tracking and indexing
- Ensure proper version control and document updates
- Archive outdated or inactive records according to company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in clerical work, file management, or data entry
Proficiency in:
