RevX is a Revenue Operations agency working with mid-market B2B and enterprise clients to build high-performance revenue systems. Clay is central to how we help clients build intelligent, enriched prospect data and scalable outbound motions.


We are looking for a skilled Clay Consultant on a part-time or flexible engagement basis. You'll work closely with our RevOps and GTM teams to design, build, and optimize Clay workflows for client campaigns — from ICP-based list building and enrichment to AI-powered outreach personalization.


Engagement Model: Flexible — open to freelance/project-based, fixed-hour weekly retainers, or contract-to-hire for the right candidate.


What You'll Do

  • Build and manage Clay tables for prospect list building, data enrichment, and GTM signal activation

  • Design waterfall enrichment strategies combining multiple data providers (Apollo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, etc.)

  • Create AI-powered personalization columns using Clay's AI features and custom prompts

  • Integrate Clay workflows with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and outbound sequencing tools

  • Collaborate with RevOps consultants to translate client ICP definitions into targeted, enriched prospect lists

  • Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues within Clay pipelines

  • Document workflows and build reusable templates for recurring client use cases



Requirements

Must-Have

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Clay.com — portfolio or case studies strongly preferred

  • Deep knowledge of Clay's enrichment providers, AI columns, HTTP API integration, and automation features

  • Experience with waterfall enrichment strategies across multiple data sources

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce for syncing enriched data

  • Strong understanding of B2B outbound prospecting and data hygiene best practices

  • Self-starter attitude — able to work independently and deliver without heavy oversight


Nice to Have

  • Experience building outbound sequences in Apollo, Outreach, or Instantly

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospect sourcing strategies

  • Understanding of AI-driven personalization for cold outbound
