Claude Code Specialist / AI Specialist

We are looking for a confident and results-driven High Ticket Sales Closer / Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for speaking with qualified leads, understanding their needs, presenting the right solution, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-value offers.

Responsibilities:

AI Development & Claude Code

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API
• Write and optimize prompts for sales, operations, content, and client communication use cases
• Design context-aware, multi-turn AI systems that integrate into existing business tools
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and performance

Automation & Integrations

• Build and manage complex automation workflows in n8n, Zapier, and Make (Integromat)
• Develop, customize, and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, pipelines, triggers, and automations
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs — CRMs, calendaring, email, messaging platforms, and databases
• Create and maintain webhooks, REST API connections, and data transformation logic
• Troubleshoot broken automations, identify bottlenecks, and improve system reliability

Systems & Strategy

• Map existing manual processes and design AI- or automation-first replacements
• Collaborate with founders and operations leads to understand pain points and propose solutions
• Document all workflows, system architecture, and integration logic clearly
• Stay current with AI tools, LLM updates, and automation platforms — and proactively recommend improvements

Required Experience & Skills

AI & Claude Code

• Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) — Claude Code, Claude API, and prompt chaining
• Strong prompt engineering skills across Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or similar LLMs
• Experience building agentic AI workflows (multi-step, tool-use, memory, or RAG-based)
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex

Automation Platforms

• Proficient in n8n — including complex branching logic and custom nodes
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) — automations, workflows, sub-accounts, and API access
• Experience with Zapier and/or Make for cross-platform automation
• Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth flows

Technical

• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for scripting and API calls
• Experience with databases such as Airtable, Notion, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for managing code and prompt libraries

Soft Skills

• Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting edge cases and failure points
• Fast learner who keeps up with the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Work Environment:

Location: Remote (Philippines only).
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week 
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
