We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly detail-oriented Asbestos Bankruptcy Claims Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, solving complex problems, reviewing evidence, and connecting the dots between work histories, exposures, and available trust compensation opportunities.

As an Asbestos Bankruptcy Claims Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying viable bankruptcy trust claims, evaluating supporting evidence, and developing claim strategies that help maximize recoveries for our clients.

This position is intended for candidates with experience in plaintiff asbestos litigation and/or asbestos bankruptcy trust claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client records, work histories, and asbestos exposure evidence to identify potential bankruptcy trust claims.
  • Assess claim viability and identify additional evidence needed to support claim filings.
  • Prepare exposure analyses, medical synopses, work history summaries, and claim evaluation reports.
  • Research job sites, asbestos-containing products, employment histories, military records, and other evidence to substantiate claims.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and co-counsel regarding claim eligibility.
  • Assist with resolving claim deficiencies and responding to trust requests for additional information.
  • Maintain accurate claim information within firm databases and tracking systems.
  • Stay current on trust procedures, filing requirements, and policy updates

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff asbestos litigation and/or asbestos bankruptcy trust claims.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Preferred

  • Experience evaluating asbestos bankruptcy trust claims.
  • Experience reviewing medical, employment, military, and Social Security records.
  • Familiarity with asbestos exposure analysis and product identification.
  • Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
