CIS - Tech PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Database Infrastructure, Enterprise Data, and AI/ML platforms.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to plan, track, and deliver complex GCP-based initiatives.
• Drive project governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cloud migration, platform modernization, data engineering, and infrastructure enhancement programs.
• Ensure adherence to delivery milestones, quality standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technology Project/Program Management.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-based technology delivery.
• Experience managing infrastructure, database, data engineering, or enterprise data initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or data modernization programs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management tools.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
