Role Summary
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager (Contractual) to lead high‑complexity technology programs with strategic impact. This role focuses on automation and AI‑driven transformation, including RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere) and Generative AI initiatives for banking and payments. You will own delivery end‑to‑end—scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder management—while enabling engineering teams to execute with clarity and velocity. Hands on exp on AI based implementation for Contact Center and Back Office (IVA, Agent Assist, Unified Desktop etc).
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own program delivery from initiation through transition; establish integrated scope–schedule–cost–quality baseline and control changes through governance.
- Drive execution with stage gates and Agile/Hybrid cadence; manage RAID proactively.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders; run governance ceremonies and publish transparent status reporting.
Technical Enablement
- Translate business outcomes into technical work packages; ensure non‑functional requirements (security, performance, compliance) are embedded.
- Guide teams across cloud, APIs/integration, data/analytics, CI/CD/DevSecOps, and automation/AI platforms; remove technical blockers.
Financials & Compliance
- Own budget, forecast, and variance; track EAC/ETC, CPI/SPI; ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
People & Ways of Working
- Coach PMs/Scrum Masters; reinforce lean, data‑driven delivery practices; clarify PM vs BA boundaries per R\&R guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Proven track record leading large technology programs in BFSI/payments with automation and AI components.
- Mastery of PM disciplines: planning, estimation, governance, vendor management, financial control.
- Hands on exp on AI based implementation for Contact Center and Back Office (IVA, Agent Assist, Unified Desktop etc).
- Technical fluency in RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere) and Generative AI use cases, plus cloud and integration patterns.
- Tools: MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, Power BI.
- Certifications: AI/ML, Python, PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile (CSM/SAFe),
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain depth in payments, cards, acquiring/issuing, or risk/compliance.
- Experience with AI‑assisted delivery and automation frameworks.
