Position Title: Chief of Staff
A Chief of Staff serves as a strategic execution partner, a force multiplier, and a central communications bridge for the CEO, tracking enterprise priorities and managing special projects that support the organization’s growth and value creation objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
- Strategic Alignment & Executive Operating Rhythm: Manages the rhythm of business, including annual strategic planning and business review processes, board meeting preparation, and tracking organizational goals, key performance indicators, and value creation objectives.
- Cross-Functional Execution & Project Ownership: Drive coordination across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Legal, and other functions to advance high-impact business objectives and remove barriers to execution. Leads cross-functional, high-priority special projects that do not fall under a single department.
- Communication: Facilitates the flow of information between the CEO, leadership team, and employees, while helping mediate disputes. Supports leadership engagement and culture-building activities.
- CEO Strategic Support: Partner directly with the CEO to prioritize enterprise-wide initiatives, prepare for key decisions, and ensure timely follow-through on strategic commitments.
- Board and Investor Preparation: Support the preparation of Board of Directors materials, investor updates, executive presentations, and briefing documents that clearly communicate business performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- Decision Support and Business Insights: Analyze business updates, performance metrics, market trends, and functional reports to synthesize insights, identify risks, and recommend actions for CEO and executive leadership consideration.
- Biotech Business Operations: Support initiatives related to product strategy, commercialization readiness, lifecycle planning, corporate development, alliance management, and organizational scaling in a highly regulated biotech environment.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or health-care related field, eight or more years of experience in a business management, leadership, strategy, consulting or operations role, MBA preferred.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
- Experience preparing materials for executive committees or boards of directors preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
