  • Requirements

    VIDEO REQUIREMENT

    • A Technical Walkthrough: Start the video by showing how you create a new Lichess study. This confirms you are comfortable navigating the platform's essential coaching features.

    • A Teaching Segment: Once the study is created, record an 10 minute mock lesson on either "Calculation" or "The Pin."

    • Camera & Audio: Ensure your camera is turned on throughout the recording and that your instructions are clear.


    How to Submit:

    • Upload your video to Google Drive (or a similar service) along with your updated resume.

    • Crucial: Ensure the link is set to "Anyone with the link can view" so our team can access it without requesting permission.

    • If you're new to creating studies, please watch this step-by-step tutorial before recording.

    Note: Applications without a valid, open-access video link will be automatically filtered out.



    Additional Requirements
    • FIDE rating of 1400 or above (We have GrandMasters in our team as well, so if you are a GM you can apply as well!)

    • Fluent in English (spoken and instructional).

    • Strong passion for teaching chess, especially to young children.

    • Comfortable with technology including ZOOM, Google Sheets, Lichess.org, ChessBase, and similar tools.

    • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and a desktop or laptop with a webcam.

    • Professional, committed, flexible, and open to learning.

    • Currently, we are hiring only INDIAN COACHES.

      International coaches are welcome to apply, and profiles will be reviewed for future opportunities. If a suitable requirement arises, our team will reach out.
