The Channel Partner Manager North-East Africa (Egypt, Libya, and Sudan) and LEAVANT (Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine) for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue, market coverage, and customer success. This position is part of the Sales department located in Cairo-Egypt and will be remote with extensive travel required (more than 60%).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute Country/Regional strategy to maximize revenue and increase market share for all company portfolio products including Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging.
  • Own and lead relationships with key Accounts, driving long-term brand advocacy and increasing brand loyalty across the Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Track partner KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and win rates while identifying underperforming partners and implementing improvement plans.
  • Directly present Leica Biosystems solutions to end customers, including histopathologists and laboratory managers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Customer Care) to act as a partner advocate for accurate decision making.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Educated to bachelor’s degree level from related field.
  • Experience: Multiple years of proven experience (minimum five years) in Channel Partner Management.
  • Technical/Scientific: Scientific background or demonstrated expertise in histopathology with the ability to initiate new scientific solutions directly to Lab managers.
  • Commercial Skills: Proven consultative selling skills within a complex sales environment and financial acumen regarding budgets and forecasting.
  • Communication & Mobility: Fluent in English and able to accommodate extensive travel requirements of more than 60%.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 3-5 years previous experience in Histopathology business
  • Strong track records of managing channel partner and achieving commercial goals.
  • Familiar with working in multinational environment.
