[CFI] Mobile React Native Developer

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance hybrid mobile applications using React Native and Expo;
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders to review requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate development efforts;
• Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences across various screen sizes and device types;
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking;
• Support localization and multilingual functionality;
• Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and internal knowledge base.

Required Skills

• Strong commercial experience with React Native;
• Hands-on experience with the Expo framework;
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
• Experience using Jira and Confluence;
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and best development practices;
• Experience integrating REST APIs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin;
• Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging;
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and monitoring tools;
• Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
