Certified Teacher, English 40S Transactional

Start: September 8, 2026, or ASAP

Location:  Online

Days/Hours: Variable days, one evening, 7.5 hours/week

MITT is hiring a term Certified Teacher for English 40S - Transactional; employment begins September 8, 2026.  The position is dependent on funding and student enrollment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
• Previous Grade 11/12 English teaching experience an asset

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience teaching in a blended learning environment
• Experience with Brightspace Learning Management System
• Experience teaching in an adult setting

Salary is in accordance with the Collective Agreement.  

An eligibility list may be created for similar positions. Developmental opportunities may be available for candidates who do not meet all of the requirements of the position.
