Dayforce / ADP Workforce Now SME || Seattle, WA || Remote

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now SME with strong hands-on experience in plan configuration, benefits, and file feed integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now
• Configure and maintain benefit, payroll, and HR plans
• Build and manage inbound/outbound file feeds
• Work with 834 EDI, CSV, and other HR/benefits files
• Perform data mapping, validation, and testing
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues
• Work with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and external vendors
• Support system enhancements and ongoing improvements
• Maintain configuration and integration documentation

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Dayforce OR ADP Workforce Now experience
• Experience with plan configuration and plan build
• Benefits/HRIS/Payroll configuration experience
• Experience with file feeds and integrations
• Knowledge of 834 EDI and CSV
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, and data validation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Experience with both Dayforce and ADP Workforce Now, benefits administration, vendor integrations, and HR data interfaces.
