Job Title: Immigration Visa Specialist 

Position Overview: 

The Immigration Visa Specialist collaborates closely with clients and team members to effectively manage Consular Processing and Adjustment of Status immigration cases. This role is pivotal in optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure timely resolution of cases while upholding the organization's commitment to excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through active engagement and support.  

• Manage client documentation and facilitate effective communication across various departments.  

• Adhere to established protocols for the efficient handling of all stages of Consular Processing and Adjustment of Status cases.  

• Provide ongoing assistance to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and offering regular updates on case progress and related developments.  

• Review and analyze documentation provided by clients to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.  

• Prepare necessary forms and assemble high-quality, detail-oriented case binders.  

• Participate actively in scheduled meetings and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.  

• Demonstrate proficiency in using platforms such as INSZoom, SharePoint, and Planner to manage client communications and follow up on required documentation efficiently.
