United Veteran Benefits Agency is currently seeking a Case Manager to support our Veteran Benefits Specialists with current and prospective clients.

This position is open to candidates located outside of Missouri and will be performed remotely. If you are based in Missouri, please note that this role may require in-person presence or relocation.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Make initial contact with prospective clients and conduct intake interviews as needed.
  • Track and follow up with prospective clients through the lead conversion process.
  • Provide quality customer service and maintain a positive rapport with all prospects and current clients.
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Veteran Benefits Specialists (VBS).
  • Assist veterans with completing any required VA forms.
  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle daily case management.
  • Ability to present realistic recommended courses of action plans designed to assist clients and develop confidence in our brand.
  • Possess an understanding of military culture and terminology.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to accurately complete tasks.
  • Possess the ability to move a prospective client through the initial process necessary to become a client.
