This position is open to candidates located outside of Missouri and will be performed remotely. If you are based in Missouri, please note that this role may require in-person presence or relocation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Make initial contact with prospective clients and conduct intake interviews as needed.
- Track and follow up with prospective clients through the lead conversion process.
- Provide quality customer service and maintain a positive rapport with all prospects and current clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Veteran Benefits Specialists (VBS).
- Assist veterans with completing any required VA forms.
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle daily case management.
- Ability to present realistic recommended courses of action plans designed to assist clients and develop confidence in our brand.
- Possess an understanding of military culture and terminology.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to accurately complete tasks.
- Possess the ability to move a prospective client through the initial process necessary to become a client.
