Provide virtual career coaching to adult members through video consultations and asynchronous messaging on topics such as parental leave, career transitions, resumes, leadership, and work-life balance. Document encounters in Maven’s practice management system and coordinate member needs with the Care Delivery team, including referrals and follow-up care.

About This Role:
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Career Coach to support our members through virtual care.
As a Maven provider, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, expanding access to high-quality healthcare. You’ll join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all working to deliver holistic, high-value care.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position requiring approximately 5 hours per week.
