We are seeking experienced Candidate Resourcers to support our growing construction labour hire division in Sydney. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for construction, demolition, civil, and engineering projects while ensuring compliance requirements are met and vacancies are filled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for construction labour hire assignments.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain active talent pools and hotlists.

  • Conduct candidate interviews and suitability assessments.

  • Perform compliance checks, including VEVO checks and right-to-work verification.

  • Manage candidate onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.

  • Fill vacancies within tight timeframes, including same-day placements.

  • Maintain and update availability lists for active candidates.

  • Collect, monitor, and follow up on timesheets.

  • Respond to candidate administrative and employment-related queries.

  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Sales Managers to fulfil client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records within JobAdder.

  • Support KPI achievement through consistent sourcing and placement activity.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in labour hire recruitment, preferably within the Sydney market.

  • Experience recruiting for construction, demolition, civil, engineering, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and VEVO checks.

  • Experience using JobAdder or similar recruitment software.

  • Excellent communication and candidate management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines.
