Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop monetisation strategies for campaign-led commercial initiatives, helping convert traffic and merchant demand into scalable revenue opportunities.

  • Plan and execute monetisation programmes such as advertising packages, brand amplification initiatives and new campaign monetisation pilots.

  • Build monetisation target frameworks, including revenue goals, ROI measurement, attribution logic and scale-up criteria.

  • Partner with Product, Commercial, Campaign, Marketing, Finance and Data teams to improve package flexibility, operational efficiency and merchant adoption.

  • Define merchant segmentation, value propositions and go-to-market approaches for monetisation programmes.

  • Establish budget governance and spend-efficiency tracking, including regular performance reviews across investment, return and commercial impact.

  • Analyse monetisation performance, merchant behaviour, package uptake, campaign efficiency and revenue contribution.

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI, adoption, revenue performance and future campaign planning.

  • Build repeatable playbooks, SOPs and reporting mechanisms to help monetisation initiatives scale effectively.

  • Support quarterly and annual planning by contributing to monetisation roadmaps, success metrics and business cases for future investment.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, monetisation, growth strategy, performance marketing, advertising, revenue operations, consulting or a related internet business function.

  • Proven experience owning complex business initiatives end to end, ideally involving monetisation programmes, campaign commercialisation, ad products, seller growth or platform revenue projects.

  • Strong commercial thinking, with the ability to connect business goals, merchant incentives, user experience and platform economics.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to size opportunities, define targets, evaluate ROI and influence business decisions.

  • Advanced Excel skills are required. SQL or similar analytical capability would be highly beneficial.

  • Clear communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across local and regional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Data or a related field.
