✨ Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timely processing of client data
  • Review and approve account classifications, reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, payroll), and general ledger accuracy
  • Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate transactions within the G/L
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support accounting projects and perform routine audits of transactional data, reports, and system functionality

💼 What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Certificate of 2-year associates preferred

  • Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office 2007 or later
  • Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Team player with a positive “can-do” approach
  • A general and growing knowledge of firm products and services in the practice area, and a general knowledge of products and services in other practice areas
