This role sits inside our growing go-to-market team in a support capacity. It exists to make our marketing, revenue operations, and product teams faster and more effective — keeping data clean, lists built, campaigns moving, and products well understood and documented.


Job brief:

This is a cross-functional support role. The primary job is taking work off the plates of the marketing, revenue operations, and product teams and getting the details right — accurate data, well-built lists, campaigns that go out on time, and products you know well enough to help troubleshoot and document.

Range and dependability are your edge: you pick things up fast, you follow through, and someone can hand you an ambiguous task and trust it comes back done, and done right. Broader ownership and depth can come with time — dependable, high-quality support comes first.


What you will do:

1. Support Revenue Operations & CRM

  • Help keep HubSpot clean — deduplication, data cleansing, and record updates — so the rev ops team can rely on accurate data
  •  Build and segment contact and company lists to support outreach and campaigns
  •  Assist with deal, pipeline, and reporting workflows

2. Support Marketing Operations

  • Help build and coordinate direct mail and mailer campaigns
  • Support email and outreach campaign setup, list pulls, and execution
  • Help maintain marketing data and track campaign performance

3. Research & Data

  • Research accounts, contacts, and markets to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Compile, clean, and structure data sets for analysis and outreach
  • Turn messy inputs into usable, organized information

4. Support the Product Team

  • Develop working knowledge of our products (Bark Phone, the schools product, and others)
  • Help troubleshoot product issues and route them appropriately
  • Help write product briefs, internal documentation, and reference materials

5. Pitch In on Special Projects

  • Take on cross-functional projects as priorities shift
  • Partner with the marketing, rev ops, and product teams to help get things done

Requirements:

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort picking up new tools and software quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with data
  • Reliability and follow-through. Teammates can count on your work being done, and done right
  • Clear, concise written communication
  • A proactive, figure-it-out mindset and willingness to take on ambiguous tasks and see them through

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another CRM
  • Exposure to marketing or sales operations
  • Internship or project experience in a tech, SaaS, or operations environment
