Essential skills

- Professional experience (5+ years) in Business Analyst roles;- Strong command of SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HRIS system;- Solid knowledge of HRIS integrations, workflows, and organizational structure;- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
