Responsibilities- Facilitate meetings and lead discussions with diverse stakeholder groups and subject matter experts, driving productive dialogue and clear outcomes.
- Create and update documentation as part of an agile systems development lifecycle, including user stories, functional specifications, technical inputs, and process materials such as SOPs and guidelines.
- Develop clear, testable business requirements and user stories; support test planning and reviews to ensure requirements are met.
- Support business teams as a knowledgeable resource on systems, standards, and functional workflows.
- Analyze, design, implement, and support IT business applications partnering closely with users, technical teams, and project leads.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure mutual understanding of functional requirements and design expectations.
- Contribute to agile Scrum teams supporting multiple development efforts; manage parallel priorities while leveraging subject matter expertise.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and external partners to build an end‑to‑end understanding of system capabilities and document business flows and process diagrams.
- Apply analytical thinking and domain knowledge to make recommendations, clarify needs, and identify gaps across functional and technical areas.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system capabilities, business models, data mappings, and architecture process flows.
- Work across project, product, development, and testing teams to define balanced solutions that align with timelines, priorities, and available resources.
- Collaborate with technical leads to clarify work packages for development teams and provide insight on technical decision‑making.
- Support testing teams by providing context and documentation to ensure full and accurate coverage.
- Help coordinate Scrum activities, deployments, and environment schedules, raising risks and dependencies as needed.
- Track enhancements through the full lifecycle—from requirements through deployment and ongoing support—to ensure business needs are met.
- Contribute to production issue analysis and resolution using strong understanding of system behavior and workflows.
- Use strong communication and facilitation skills to help remove barriers across teams and support collaborative delivery.
- Support modernization and transformation initiatives through understanding of data, workflows, and system interactions.
- Promote collaboration among business and technology partners, ensuring clear understanding between technical and non‑technical participants.
- Offer mentoring or knowledge transfer to team members when appropriate.
- Assist in creating ROMs and LOEs for future enhancements to support planning discussions.
- Create workflow diagrams, conduct process mapping, and perform gap analysis on current and proposed processes.

Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant experience in business solutioning and implementation within the Healthcare domain.
- Extensive relevant experience in business analysis, systems integration, or solution implementation, ideally including healthcare, claims, or related fields.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including agile, hybrid, and waterfall, and ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
- Experience providing both business and technical guidance across various subject matter areas.
- Understanding of healthcare business operations, data workflows, tools, or regulatory expectations (experience across similar domains is also considered).
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting information or facilitating meetings.
- Experience translating requirements into process flows, use cases, or design documentation.
- Familiarity with systems integration, security considerations, or COTS product implementation is beneficial.
- Ability to support architectural visioning and contribute to establishing standards or best practices.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and standard business analysis software.
- Experience with requirements lifecycle management, including change management and defect tracking.
- Strong writing and/or technical editing skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills
Ability to contribute industry insights, best practices, or improvement opportunities.
Awareness of emerging technologies, tools, or regulatory changes and ability to recommend improvements.
Experience supporting modernization, transformation, or large‑scale system improvements is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum, SAFe, Agile) are helpful but not required.
Clearance:
- The ability to obtain a government moderate background security clearance.
Location:
Pay Range
- This position ranges from $96,145 to $107,625.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
