Decoda Health is looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR).

Own the top of the sales funnel, end to end.
Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social channels.
Identify and target high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss).
Craft compelling messaging that elicits responses.
Qualify leads based on meaningful revenue challenges.
Book discovery meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM.
Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales.
No inbound leads or hand-holding—this is pure outbound.

1–2+ years’ experience in SDR/BDR or similar sales roles.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding meeting targets.
Strong outbound capability across multiple channels.
Clear, direct communicator.
